Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer services and administrative support for the Service Department in our Porsche Centre Hong Kong
  • Handle telephone support related to customer enquiries, complaints & bookings
  • Support frontline team for selling products and preparing daily reports
  • Assist on the promotion scheme, campaign and special events
  • Maintain a clean and amicable environment of the reception
  • Check the payment notes, verify the payment amount, and collect the payment accurately and faultlessly
  • Check the sales contract and related payment notes, and file them as stipulated
  • Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above with 1 years’ working experience in customer service field
  • Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and Self-motivated
  • Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Able to work at least 2 full days per week
  • Fresh graduates or current student will be also considered
