Responsibilities :
Manage end to end HR operational process from offering, onboarding, payroll, taxation, offboarding
Lead a team of HR members that support the accomplishment of operation excellence
Reignite pre-onboarding & onboarding employee experience & improve time to productivity
Migrate & Streamline the HR process leveraging HR system, process simplification, restlessly to improve the process efficiency
Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.
Requirements :
Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline,
8+ years of experience in Human Resources all round matters
Experience in leading a team
Well versed in HK employment ordinance
Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Sense of urgency and can-do attitude
Good command of English and Cantonese
