And we need your help. So, join us to build tomorrow, today. APAC Revenue Enablement Manager at Checkout.com : Reporting to the Revenue Enablement Global lead, the REN Manager is accountable for providing our APAC Commercial team with ongoing skills development.

This person is responsible for maintaining and verifying the relevance of the Induction, Onboarding, Ramping, and all other Enablement programs and initiatives.

This role is open to be based either in Hong Kong or Singapore. This role will liaise with the regional Sales Leadership team and influence the Global Enablement roadmap by providing regional expertise and assistance.

This role will build and lead the Online Payments knowledge hub within our Academy program, producing content and delivering training to the Commercial team.

This is a Manager level role in the Global Revenue Enablement department within Sales Operations. You will liaise with various stakeholders in the Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing departments.

We are looking for someone passionate about Sales Enablement, enjoys working closely with sales, is hungry for challenges, and possesses the emotional intelligence to tackle them.

About You

  • Experience in Online Payments, preferably in a merchant-facing role
  • Experience in a similar Enablement - Training role, preferably within the FinTech, Financial Services, or Tech Industry
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven
  • Passionate about training and development
  • Experience in content creation for Sales
  • Passionate about Checkout.com’s product offering
  • Good understanding of the Complex Sales cycles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, a second language, ideally Mandarin, is a plus
  • What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams such as People, Product, Operations and Marketing teams
  • Build and lead the Online Payment education program for Commercial roles
  • Execute regional Enablement initiatives, including Induction, Onboarding, and Ramping programs - both in-person and remotely
  • Identify needs for, build and deliver regional training courses and programs for the APAC Commercial teams
  • Gather feedback from the Sales Leadership team regularly to improve in-region support
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales teams when onboarding specific Commercial org roles in the region
  • Build out training and regional content for e-learning and live in-person training
  • Promote our CMS and LMS platform best practices
  • Developing and driving the Sales Enablement function across the APAC offices
