Our client is a luxury beauty brand and they are now looking a marketing caliber to lead up the travel retail marketing team.
Drive new product launches and push growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence, contribute to the growth of the respective brand in Travel Retail Asia Pacific
Lead the team to implement new product launches on time in full and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for products
Execute the local adaptation of creative material
Ensure sales forecast accuracy for demand planning
Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
Minimum 10 years of working experience, preferably from a FMCG or Beauty sector.
Regional / Travel Retail experience is a great plus
Knowledge of travel retail dynamics / environment and competitors, markets trends and consumers
Good Financial Sense and good understanding of luxury service industry
Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
