Key responsibilities areas :
Running a team of Administrators
Handling New Business and Client Accounts
Managing Client Servicing
Managing all Back Office Functions (Book Keeping / HR etc)
Key Competencies :
Looking for experienced administrators who are great communicators with experience in running a team of administrators or customer service agents.
Ideal candidates will also have an eye for detail, experience of running the back of office of a medium sized business with experience of bookkeeping and HR and an ability and willingness to learn.
Financial Services experience is a major advantage, if you've worked within Wealth Management, Asset Management or Insurance Broking fields, we'd like to hear from you.
Financial Services experience is however not a must as full training will be provided, so if you are a star administrator from a different field who can demonstrate initiative, a solution orientated approach and a thirst to learn please also apply.
