The Talent Acquisition team sits within the Global Talent Team and is responsible for the end to end recruitment process of each hire the company makes.
It is a global team operating as the face of Fidelity International with the candidate experience at the heart of everything they do.
In rapidly changing markets, they act as brand ambassadors, partnering with the business to ensure the company attracts and secures exceptional diverse talent contributing to their vision of building better financial futures for their customers.
