This is a senior role for an individual who can provide strategic direction and execution of a robust, proactive and effective marketing & communications strategy for the Greater China region.
The individual will have responsibility for assisting in the development and execution of a marketing strategy designed to promote, differentiate and distinguish Credit Suisse, as well as offering our target audience a money-can’t-buy experience with the marketing programs.
The individual will have primary responsibility for Hong Kong, China and Taiwan markets, but also be prepared to assist and advise in other countries within Asia Pacific as appropriate.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategy for the Greater China region, ensuring marketing objectives are in line with business strategy
Front to back project management from developing project concept papers (including content curation and framework design) to project implementation and post-project data tracking.
Manage and supervise financial spend, ensure accurate budget controls and practices, marketing planning portals, surveys, tracking, reports, etc.
related to implementation of marketing initiatives, including those initiated by Corporate Headquarters such as Corporate Sponsorships & APAC Regional Office.
Manage external providers or partners where appropriate and any other contractual relationships related to the initiatives in Greater China
Plan and execute structured business and relationship development programs that directly support front staff needs
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop digital marketing initiatives, and optimize client / user experience.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Seek to ensure high quality execution in line with the what money cannot buy ethos.
Interface and communicate with key partners, to manage and meet expectations as well as ensure delivery of marketing initiatives in line with business requirements
Provide project support in the implementation of Marketing plan including branding & advertising, events, sponsorship platforms, integrated campaigns, sales support, product marketing, marketing collaterals etc.

Bachelor degree graduate, preferably in business or marketing, or equivalent
8 years or more marketing experience in multinational corporations, demonstrated expertise in digital media and communications would be an advantage
Proficient in the financial services industry, particularly in Greater China markets.
Outstanding collaborator and partner management skills
Proactive and the ability to deliver across multiple work streams at the same time
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and empower
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best-practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required in order to liaise with the team and business partners
Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
Proficient track-record and high level of quality in delivery and implementation
Effective interpersonal and positive relationship building skills
