You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

You’ll work with sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.
Overview and Purpose of the role The role is for the CNHK Markets / Business Development team which focuses on supporting one of the key Firmwide strategic initiatives - GRP Game Changers (70%), Industry Programmes (20%) and support for Tencent Client Driver (10%).
The role mainly involves supporting he Programme BD Lead in business development activities and provide strong support on overall programme management.
It also involves supporting the Game Changer BD Lead to work with Game Changer Programme Leader, the Global Relationship Partners (GRPs) by working closely with the client drivers and Central team to support them in building networks within the firm to ensure that the right expertise is brought together to meet clients’ needs, driving account fundamentals to ensure that we are strategically working together as a team in a client centric approach and facilitating one firm solutions and cross LoS collaborations.
It also involves supporting the Industry BD Lead on reporting and analysis, administration of Industry programme and Tencent account.
The role mainly supports the Programme BD Lead on the following areas : Strategic Drive strategic account management and xLoS collaboration.
Support Mentors in managing account calls and activities related to Mentor role with key updates to GCP BD Lead. Understand market hot topics, industry trends and work with respective teams to define reports needed to identify relevant business topics to enhance client conversations of GRPs, industry teams and account teams in a timely manner.
Operational Gain understanding of what success looks like for the Programme, define accurate tracking mechanism, effective reporting process and format.
Design and manage regular reporting and analysis to help Programme Leader and BD Lead gain insights. Collaborate with other departments such as Industry teams, Research, L&D, Finance and M&C to deliver on key initiatives to contribute to the success of the programme.
Support GCP BU activities, meetings and various operational matters.
