The Corporate Planning is responsible for defining the extent, depth, and outlay of the Club’s strategy and business plan, taking responsibility for quality and content of the strategy development process, managing Club’s external and internal business intelligence, supporting divisional strategic business planning activities, managing special strategy projects, consolidating and synthesizing divisional strategies and business models, supporting divisional adaptation / specification of annual objectives and action plans, conducting soundness checks to ensure business and functional targets are aligned with overall strategy and management expectations, and coordinating and facilitating performance measurement process.
You will :
support the execution of business process review and able to apply Business Process Improvement methodology (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to improve / optimise processes
analyse data and observations using robust analytical and statistical methods to derive cause and effect relationships, and funnel down to root causes
work with business stakeholders in developing resources, tools and equipment requirements for To-be processes
facilitate business requirement gathering for the IT changes for To-be processes and able to understand implication of IT systems on process
support interfacing with other units including Finance, HR and Internal Audit for To-be process design & implementation
perform overall coordination of project tasks and administration
You should have :
relevant tertiary education in Business, Operations Management or Computer Science
experience in business process improvement or optimisation projects
excellent with MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
ability to use MS Visio and Nimbus will be an advantage
ability to use MSSQL, SAS or similar BI analytical and dashboard tools will be an advantage
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
