You will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Group Company Secretary and the Company Secretarial Division of Dah Sing Financial Group in Hong Kong ensuring the smooth running of the Division by maintaining an organized filing system and proper record keeping.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide administration support to the Group Company Secretary and the Company Secretarial Division
Assist in organizing meetings including the logistical arrangements of Board meetings and management meetings and ensure the smooth running of such meetings
Ensure data accuracy in the corporate information database and timely update of such information
Assist in the handing to simple and routine company secretarial matters
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :
Post-Secondary education or above
1-2 years' administrative experience preferred but not a must
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
PC skill in MS Office application and preparation of power point slides
A team player
