POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Supply and Demand Planning Manager on Jewelry & Accessories to oversee the full scope of operation and supply chain, related to Jewelry, Leather Goods, Objects, and Fragrance categories.
In his / her role, the Manager ensures that supply, allocation decisions, stock targets and operational flows are in line with company direction.
The Manager will need the agility to constantly switch between hands on topics, and helicopter view supervision. With his / her analytics skills and expertise of the business & product category, the Manager will provide insights timely, and recommendations to other internal stakeholders.
Demand, Supply & Distribution Planning
Deliver rolling 12 months sales forecast, based on commonly shared assumptions, revise it in cooperation with HQ teams when changes are applied to underlying assumptions.
Size and monitor the different stock targets, at Warehouse, BTQ and POS level.
Size the sales forecast on product novelties, together with Marketing.
Define network strategy, together with Commercial teams, Marketing and VM to ensure coherence between supply and display.
Ensure optimum stock availability at the BTQ and POS level.
Leveraging dynamic reporting tool, permanently measure stock performance, and execute stock balancing between internal BTQ when required, in line with the typology strategy.
Monitor stock rotation at POS level.
Monitor stock returns, to have them executed in time, and in the most efficient way for the teams involved
Follow up client firm orders, ensure a timely and accurate response.
Analytics, Intelligence, Projects
Design and build analytics work, to deepen the understanding of the business and its evolution.
Leverage analytics tools to build exception reports, to identify gaps at the earliest stage.
Help the team with tools and templates, to improve the overall efficiency, and maximize the time allocated to value added tasks.
Proactively work with HQ on Supply Chain initiatives, feed a permanent feedback loop to raise local opinion, views and insights.

Create opportunities of evolution between product categories and departments, to enable exchanges of experiences and skills, while keeping the team dynamic.
Manage, evaluate, and develop the team by empowering everyone to create a stimulating and positive atmosphere.

Define work priorities within the team
Grow business acumen skills, harmonize ways of working and strengthen business guidelines and processes.
Monitor the KPI's related to his / her team and propose actions to improve its performance
5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
Graduate from Mathematics, Engineer or Business school.
High Level on Excel, PowerBI, DAX and SQL are a plus
Fluent in Cantonese and English
ERP experience, SAP experience
Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills, business acumen and commercially driven
Team player with communicational skills
Well organized, detail oriented, good in communicating and negotiating with various parties.
Good sensitivity to points of sales operations and commercial concerns.

Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions

Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills. Has an ability to build relationships to drive results and can present regularly to small-medium size groups.
