Responsibilities :

  • Completing analytics and other tasks to help Planning by : Supporting the development of the allocation planMonitoring store stock levels and sales trends through reporting and analyticsCompleting analytics to support balancing stock within stores and across channels as neededReviewing production order status to understand inventory status issues (overstocks, late deliveries, short shipments) and potential impacts and raise concernsReviewing inventory to ensure support of seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Setting and maintaining data in SAP and POS systems and databases
  • Generating reports from SAP, BI and the POS system
  • Creating ad-hoc SAP and BI reports based on detailed knowledge of data fields and definitions
  • Creating ad-hoc Excel files and pivot tables to support analytics
  • Completing analytics and identifying opportunities and actions based on the results
  • Communicating with Retail Buying, Marketing and Retail Operations teams on inventory issues or needs
  • Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs
  • Attending meetings as appropriate to learn new skills and increase business knowledge
