We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Business Development and Propositions .
Business Intelligence : Optimise the bank’s Market Intelligence platforms (HORIS, OMNIA, CLIENT VISION, INSIGHT) to identify revenue opportunities in clients by analysing the customers transacting behaviours and pattern in their business operations
Implement Relationship Management Tools, Learning Programmes and Best Practices : Champion and support implementation and uptake of group standard Relationship Management tools, strategic learning programmes and best practices including Business Intelligence tools, Actionable Intelligence, Client planning & Prioritisation, and digital Relationship Management tool suite
Manage relevant Business Market Intelligence : utilise and extend global Market Intelligence, and produce regional MI wherever necessary, to provide forward looking performance and KPI tracking to support regional leadership in identifying revenue generating opportunities / downside risks to plan or activity trends and forecast analysis, to inform strategic planning and direction, and to maintain focus on key strategies and ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness
Support Leadership Strategy and Communications : provision of strategic communications on client coverage strategy and production of management briefings as required
Customer Centric Product Propositions : Co-ordinate and initiate partnership across Product teams with emphasis on the core products group (Global Market, Payment and Cash Management, Global Trade and Receivables Finance) to maximize our strong product breadth and depth in product delivery.
Alignment with Client Coverage : Engage and co-ordinate with Business Management teams of Client Coverage at global and country levels to ensure alignment and effective implementation of Client Coverage strategies and projects.
Liaison with Global Functions : Interface with Global Functions including Finance, Chief Operation Officer, Human Resources Marketing, and Global Standards to ensure alignment and co-
ordination of projects and priorities, such as AOP, CEP and Sales Enabling Forum, and provide inputs when needed
