The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing strategy for all associated businesses in the markets the role covers.

The scope of marketing initiatives will range from brand building, product marketing, to client communications and engagement through in-

person events, and across offline and digital channels. Besides strong marketing and implementation skills, the role will also ensure compliance of all activities with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

This position will require strong marketing knowledge and experience, strategic thinking and solid implementation skills,

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing marketing plan in consideration of market landscape, challenges and opportunities, business and marketing objectives
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives across in-person, offline and online channels that contribute to marketing objectives
  • Promote our intellectual capitals including our thought leadership, investment capabilities and product solutions
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify actionable client insights to improve client experience and loyalty
  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness against plans, KPI, and budgets for continuous improvement
  • Ensure processes and practices for all marketing activities are aligned with the required governance framework to manage and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with different teams within Marketing, Business and other functions to implement and optimize impact of marketing initiatives
  • Drive marketing strategies and impact across offline and online including mobile channels.
  • Manage digital campaign, drive and implement digital and transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to marketing efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging on global / regional capabilities and optimizing local resources
  • Support initiatives as and when required
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related degree
  • 10 years' experience+ in all-rounded marketing
  • Strong marketing skills across strategies and channels
  • Digital experience and expertise will be advantageous
  • Good understanding of the investment or the mutual funds industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Ability to think strategically while strong in execution and dealing with details
  • Demonstrate positive energy and ability to solving complex problems effectively
  • Appreciation for the global organization and the regional synergy; Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity; Responsible and accountable; Respect for diversity of opinions and styles;
  • Strong in leadership; Flexible in approach

  • Strong sense of governance to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Non-industry profiles will be considered for sounded marketing knowledge and experience from leading brands and / or marketing organisations
