Manage Hong Kong and Macau staff payroll, final payment, taxation,provident fund and staff costs related processes
Coordinate with both internal and externalstakeholders in ensuring a timely, accurate and confidential payroll processingaccording to the pay schedule
Manage the filing of IR tax returns, Pensionadministration and participate in ad hoc project as required
Work closely with internal partners and participatein cross teams workgroup for HR audit, HR digitization and Employee Journey
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 4years’ experience in HR Shared Services with at least 2 years in payrollandrelated processing
Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance &other related legislation
Knowledge in Workday and SAP is an asset
Meticulouswith high quality and accuracy of work
Self-motivated, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good team player with sound communication andpresentation skills
