Description

To carry out / monitor vendor on requirement collection, system design & analysis, development, testing, deployment for system maintenance and enhancement of IT systems

To carry out procurement of IT equipment / services

To carry out the SA&D and implementation for the new generation of TISS Skills :

Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent

At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification working experience

At least 2 years of working experience as a System Analyst

Posses the following skills and hands-on experience :

At least 2 years of experience as Systems Analyst and 6 years of experience in IT

Develop / support the system using J2EE and Oracle

Strong analytical and problem solving skills in business and technical aspects

Familiar with SDLC cycle

Experience in working in government on tendering and procurement is an advantage

Experience in vendor management is an advantage

Experience in using Enterprise Mobility Management Solution is an advantage

The job requires the following mandatory skills :

2 Years x J2EE Development

2 Years x Oracle RDBMS

2 Years x WebSphere Application Server

2 Years x Websphere Portal Server

1 Year x Cognos
