Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities, and timely identification and resolution of risk issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Marketing, PMSS for internal briefing and procedures / operations development
  • To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.
  • Implement controls within the Business Unit to meet all regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 3 years banking experience
  • Sound knowledge on investment & insurance products
  • Sound knowledge and exposure in branch banking operations (3-5 years' experience) is preferable
  • Attention to details with strong organizational and time management - Interpersonal skills - Able to communicate effectively with, influencing, supervising others - Strong compliance mindset - Good knowledge of PC application software including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
