We are recruiting an Education Consultant in our Hong Kong office. In this role, you will be part of a passionate and driven team to grow the business and maximize the sales of Professional & Vocational division (PAVE) across assigned territories.
You will contribute to the overall revenue of the division, grow McGraw-Hill’s market share and revenue for both print and digital products by winning new take-
away business, retaining current business, and channel management.
Your contribution to the team includes :
Manage / develop new accounts and existing customers within an assigned territory
Maximize sales of McGraw-Hill’s products and services in the PAVE market in Hong Kong
Liaise with key stakeholders within the PAVE market, identify new business opportunities and grow McGraw-Hill’s market share by developing relationships, networking and fact finding to drive the achievement of targets and objectives
Recommend strategies to develop business in assigned territory, recognising opportunities from changes in economic conditions, competitor activity, educational trends and demographics
Track daily sales calls activity, financial targets for print and digital products, report on number of adoptions new or retained & closing rate of opportunities
Maintain administrative accuracy in Salesforce.com
Key competencies required for this role :
Demonstrated passion for technology enabled educational solutions
Sound understanding of solution-selling
Prior experience in the publishing industry is a plus
Ability to influence key decision makers such as academics and other institutional staff in relation to the use of digital learning technology within their organization
Excellent interpersonal skills; Fluency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing)
