Assistant Customer Service Officer

Your role :

Responsible for accurate order fulfillment within agreed lead-time

Work with other business units to pursue service provision on project schedule

Provide fulfillment data and report to Product team

To succeed in this role :

HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above

Focused and strong attention to details

Good interpersonal communication skill

Sound knowledge of PC and system applications

Proficiency in Cantonese and able to communicate in English
