Responsibilities :

  • Leading the secretarial department for Hong Kong
  • Conducting Company Secretarial duties for clients
  • Working jointly with the Sales and Marketing team to promote the services
  • Managing and training junior staff
  • Acting as a main point of contact for clients and ensuring that services are provided at a high standard
  • Requirements :

  • University degree or member of HKICS
  • 8 - 10years of relevant work experience, including having previously worked at a professional services provider
  • Comfortable with working independently
  • Experience managing or overseeing junior staff
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
