Duties
Lead the office’s development team in the delivery of effective IS solutions to pursue the University’s administrative and business initiatives and fulfil business needs;
Work in partnership with departments in the integration of information technology into administrative processes;
Streamline existing workflow and enhance user experience by Business Process Re-engineering; and
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines, with at least 10 years’ post-qualification work experiences in IT system implementation and maintenance;
Solid experience in Oracle and development with SQL, PL / SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery;
Proactive with service-oriented attitude;
Good analytical mind and interpersonal skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required; and
Knowledge of programming with Python and MuleSoft microservices would be an advantage.
