To plan FI GTRF business development covering all aspects of the global activities for selective FIG and Public Sector priority clients, covering wallet acquisition from transactional sales, identifying new opportunities for wallet share growth, new or existing
To lead a virtual team of regional or in country business development managers to provide consistent services, supports, solutions to meeting the clients trade finance requirements globally.
To inspire the team of business development managers and drive GTRF revenue growth to achieve the revenue and other financial goals.
To develop and cultivate and foster a strong and robust sales culture in the Team.
To structure trade and receivables financing solutions to ensure maximum profitability, ethical sales and the attainment of strategic and operating objectives.
To work with other Group offices for cross border business collaboration , as FI is not responsible for intra group business
Bachelor degree and above.
Solid experience in banking with solid exposure in Trade Products, Services and Sales.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, drive and commitment with strong customer focus.
Ability to handle large and complex relationships
Exposure in cross border sales management an advantage
Knowledge in Chinese language preferred.
Awareness of Global regulatory and compliance environment.
