HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth.

This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of new brand strategies that are aligned with Global and Local brand communication objectives covering cross Lines of Business within AMH
  • Drive internal and external brand building initiatives to build Brand leadership
  • Work with internal stakeholders to embrace the brand positioning and brand messaging across the organisation to drive stronger brand engagement and customer centricity across the Bank
  • Support to build awareness on the Bank’s efforts in Corporate Social Responsibility to connect the Bank with the community we serve
  • Support delivery of the Bank's Brand partnership / sponsorships / event programmes
  • Drive and collaborate with Comms and / or relevant parties on response management
  • Develop brand plan and keep track of Marketing budget and spend to achieve the branding building objectives
  • Requirements

  • Degree level of qualification in business studies or marketing preferred
  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and influence at a senior level
  • Demonstrate success in developing brand strategy
  • Marketing planning, development and project experience
  • Evidence of shaping and influencing customer experience and journeys
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Experience in social media marketing and publicity & hospitality events
  • Previous experience in Hong Kong / mainland China market
  • Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English speaking and writing ability is preferred
