To be involved in the provision of excellent services to residents such as handling enquires and complaints, resolving day-to-day issues and ad-hoc problems in estate management
Coordinate with contractors / service providers and monitor their quality of service and performance to ensure all aspects of estate management are smooth and efficient
Liaise with the Owners’ Committee by attending regular meetings and follow up any outstanding issues
Degree in Housing Management / Facilities Management or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Able to work in diverse environments, self-motivated and mature
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese
