Assistant Officer - Estate Management

  • To be involved in the provision of excellent services to residents such as handling enquires and complaints, resolving day-to-day issues and ad-hoc problems in estate management
  • Coordinate with contractors / service providers and monitor their quality of service and performance to ensure all aspects of estate management are smooth and efficient
  • Liaise with the Owners’ Committee by attending regular meetings and follow up any outstanding issues
  • 要求

  • Degree in Housing Management / Facilities Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Able to work in diverse environments, self-motivated and mature
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
