Company Description

Our client is a fast developing, yet well known luxury pastry brand with operations in Hong Kong and Macao. A luxurious brand café concept will be launching next year and they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their opening team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day restaurant operations management
  • Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
  • Act as a liaison between restaurant team and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant
  • Drive the team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management / Food and Beverages or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in western fine dining restaurants, ideally with experience in Michelin star restaurant
  • Strong leadership and customer-oriented
  • People management skills and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
