CONTRIBUTION TO KCS TARGETS
Handle all general accounting issues
Be responsible for inter-company clearance issues
Financial reporting delivery
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strictly follow company financial procedure to monitor various expense receipts and ensure the compliance and responsibility
Conduct operation L / C checking from customer to sales order
Participate in monthly closing to complete pre-defined closing tasks per accounting schedule
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
Complete the internal and external reports timely and accurately, and offer reasonable variance analysis and explanation
Support financial reporting and general ledger consolidation
Preparation of quarterly forecast and yearly budget of sales, expenses, and balance sheets trends
In cooperation with other departments, develops initiates and recommends appropriate internal controls
Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
Support on monthly financial reporting and other ad hoc analysis
Attending tax notice, assessment and coordination with tax consultant
Company secretarial administration coordination and Bank transfer transaction & administration coordination (HSBC)

YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3 years working experience
Good command Accounting skills
Good command of English and Mandarin
MS-office skills
SAP experience is a plus+
Work with colleague as a team
