We are looking for a Media Consolidation Specialist to work across the portfolio of the worlds leading luxury company. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day implementation and reporting on a luxury retail account brands across Asia.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to : Strategic Planning Director, based in Hong Kong.

  • In this role, your goals will be :

    In 3 months :

  • Able to build knowledge of media landscape
  • Build an understanding of clients product portfolio
  • Coordinate and manage local teams for quality work and submit consolidated regional view in a timely manner
  • In 6 months :

  • Manage a WIP for core clients
  • Able to learn and pick up implementation work of regional campaigns
  • Grow to work closely with key brand point of contacts
  • Gain in-depth understanding of the category and competitive activities
  • Support on key brands projects, like Annual Strategies and Brand Seminars organization / presentation
  • In 12 months :

  • Manage client meetings and calls with stakeholders independently
  • Manage recurring workflows independently
  • Prepare some recommendation template and frameworks
  • What your day job looks like :

  • Support day-to-day implementation and reporting on luxury client brands across Asia.
  • Reporting consolidation and quality check (e.g. competitive, post buys etc.)
  • Perform internal market coordination
  • Support planning and implementation of regional campaigns, internal and external communication
  • Manage billing and related activities

  • Degree in any discipline, with minimum 1 year of experience in online & offline planning in relevant industries

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to multi-task and have good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and also as a good team player
