Short Description : Looking for to develop business opportunities and Mange Client relations in Hong Kong. As an Engagement Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business including several large, strategic clients in the Aviation, Retails, Utilities & Service Sector.
You will be part of an Account leadership team responsible for managing the relationship with the customer and driving profitability and growth.
You will bring with you a clear understanding of the Greater China Markets (Hong Kong in particular), competitive landscape, key players (Consulting & System Integrators) operating in the market

Roles and responsibilities :
Market Development persuade internal stakeholders and business / product / solution partners to work on GTM strategy to a target industry
Customer Prospecting - Provide client introductions and account context to relevant service lines & business partners in the account to create new service opportunities and revenue growth.
Opportunity Identification & Qualification Provide analysis and collate relevant intelligence regarding opportunities in the account portfolio to the Regional Head / BU Head in order to engage with the client early and strategically.
Proposal Development - Work closely with Pursuit, Solution & Service delivery teams to formulate winning proposal, Drive consensus among Service Lines and business partners to arrive at winning price and obtain required Business and Finance approvals before submitting proposal to clients
Proposal Presentation and Deal Closure : set up and facilitate proposal presentation coaching sessions between client and pursuit team.
Drive client’s consensus on proposed solutions, value proposition and commercials to WIN the deal in a profitable price point.
Contract Negotiation & Signing - Work closely with client and internal stakeholders to craft contractual document such as MSA, SOW by closely coordinating with client’s as well as internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Service Lines, Business) and obtain required approvals.
Account Planning & Review Work with Regional head to develop the Account Plan in conjunction with all other Service Lines stakeholders and business partners.
Account Operations - Follow up with the client to sign SOWs, to release undisputed payments. Minimize revenue leakage for services delivered and enhance client satisfaction
Account Mining : Identify opportunities within the given account to increase the share of wallets by brining multitude of services, upselling / cross-selling and by brining product / solution partners into the business offering mix.
Relationship Management - Handle customer queries / escalations about project executions, as well as negotiations on MSAs and SOWs.

Skills / Competencies :
Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
15+ experience in Consulting and IT Services market.
Experience in managing multi-million-dollar revenue generating client / accounts, new business development as well as increasing share of wallet in Hong Kong within Consulting & IT Services market.
Prior experience of managing clients in the Aviation, Retails, Utilities & Services Sectors. Able to connect with CXO, Procurement and Project Level teams
Understanding of relevant industry trends and developments. Ability to do consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions.
Comfortable in formulating account strategy as well as overseeing / managing strategy execution
Ability to coach and mentor PMO team and manage operations of client engagements
Ability to manage client in delivering program on various engagement model and on onshore & offshore resource arrangement and multi-cultural / multi-disciplinary environment
A leader with strong negotiations, interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience of working in Tier 1 Consulting and System Integration company is highly desirable
Able to speak local language such as Cantonese & Mandarin is a Plus
Prior experience or working as Solution / Business / Digital Architect is highly desirable and strong Plus.
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
