As a Field Sales Representative, you will leverage existing relationships with executives, develop relationships, and act as a business partner to understand the unique company challenges and goals.

You will promote the innovative potential of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision.

Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, consult long-term strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
  • Help to develop and execute strategic account plans, including a broader enterprise plan.
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Looker deployment, and articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys.
  • Display a passion for how businesses are transformed through the use of data and analytics.

  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Report the state of the business for your assigned territory, including progression against assigned key performance indicators and strategic goals.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of field sales experience in the technology industry.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases, analytical tools, applications software, or cloud solutions.
  • Experience with commercial and legal agreements, working with procurement, legal, and business team.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
