Supervise a housekeeping team to upkeep the workspace in good order and condition
Conduct regular inspection and upkeep the facilities, ensure the facilities are properly maintained and report any faults
Assist in the planning and implementation of alterations and additions works, including fitting-out, improvement, refurbishment, renovation and routine repair and maintenance works
Monitor the progress / quality of work performed by in-house staff and contractors
Requirements :
Diploma holder or above on facilities and property management or related disciplines
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
Proficiency in computer applications and Chinese word processing
At least 2 years' working experience preferably in facilities management
Experience in NGO / healthcare setting will be preferable
