Project / Team Introduction :
The purpose of theIT Project Management is to ensure proper control on deliveries projects inagile methodology to ensure they can be delivered within budget, timeline, andin quality through adopting institutionalized project management methodologiesand tools, regularly monitor project status in cost, time, and quality, andprovide regular project updates to management.

Ensureproject delivery by balancing cost, schedule, scope, risks and other factors
Define andmaintain project plan
Coordinateto create project estimations
Manageproject cost, schedule, scope, issues and risks.
Manageproject / portfolio demand and supply
Drive andfacilitate Agile ceremony and events with the agile team
Create timely report of project status
Identify andmaintain demand forecast for upcoming projects
Understandproject expectation and ensure commitment from project stakeholders.
Defineoverall project plan and project estimation using standard methodologies and createand maintain Project Plan
Driveproject team in adopting agile and devops in all daily activities / events inletter and spirit to gain high productivity and efficiency
Ensureproject delivery by balancing cost, scope, schedule, risks, constrains, andother factors
Chairregular project meetings to achieve project target.
Manageproject stakeholders to address project issues
Regularreview project status and formulate corrective and preventive actions forissues and risks.
Monitor demand and supply dashboard regularly.

Regularlydiscussion with project stakeholders to ensure commitment and maintainrelations
Timelyescalate major project issues and risks to higher level management
Ensureregular reports are generated correctly and circulated.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Be well experienced in computing technology,computer systems study, design and implementation, and be well versed in IT softwaredevelopment and project management.
Preferably have comprehensive operationalknowledge of banking activities and have had previous experience in projectcontrol.
A variety of activities have to be plannedand controlled by the job holder who should be capable of coordinatingresources to achieve optimum end results.
Proven experience in IT Project management isa must. PMP holder is preferable.
Excel in oral and written Englishcommunication, and good presentation capability
Maintain cordial relations with a variety ofdepartments from IT to various user departments to external parties, andpossess a high level of inter-
personal skills in dealings with otherExecutives.
Exhibit an ability to act independently usingown knowledge, without undue reference to higher authority.
Exhibit a strong desire to achieve endresults through own efforts and the efforts of the project team, to develop andimplement new and revised systems for Group members.
