Key Accountabilities :
Design, develop and deliver all-rounded learning and development programs to PBG staff across different department covering front-line, middle office, and back office.
Build the Business Academy that address sales and service training, leadership and management skills development, business knowledge and operations, product knowledge including wealth management products (Investment and Insurance) and general banking products knowledge, compliance, and so on.
Conceptualize, design, deliver and promote the competency framework and core programs across all PBG departments, map the competency standards to all staff training programs and obtain the accreditation from HKCAAVQ and HKQF
Perform annual cycle of needs analysis by partnering with key business stakeholders to identify skills / capabilities gaps and develop proper learning and people engagement solutions to address capabilities building needs
Apply vendor management skills, knowledge and market intelligence to identify, select and liaise with qualified training consultants to ensure programs and solutions are developed and delivered with quality against the needs or internal clients’ expectations
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, milestones and key measures for assigned deliverables and communications of designated programs / projects;
Excellent use of excel formulas to generate training reports, monitor the training completion progress, and draw the training analytics.
Ensure all of the training programs have fully complied with internal policies as well as relevant compliance standards and ensure PBG staff are adhered to the anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Degree holder or above.
Possession of CFP / CFA qualification is preferred
Minimum 7 years banking and training experience in personal, private, and / or business banking
Hands-on experience in designing and developing training programs (including face to face classroom training, digital learning creation, e-Learning, video production, infographic presentation deck creation etc.
delivering staff activities, business development programs and HR projects
Prior experience in consultancy and facilitation to senior executives across Department / Business Unit and the Bank is preferred
Self-initiative to go beyond the normal routine and look for new ways to add value.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
