The Job

  • Lead the Hong Kong HR Operations function including but not limited to payroll, employment & benefits administration, lifecycle processes (e.
  • g. onboard, offboard) and HR systems management

  • Report to the Group HR Operations Director and oversee a big team of HR professionals to deliver high quality and impactful services to the Company, partnering with HR Business Partners and other expert functions such as Rewards, Resourcing and Talent for various HR projects and initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence by leveraging technology and streamlining of processes to deliver compliance and simplification effectively and efficiently
  • Build strong team by developing and enhancing team member knowledge, capability and experience
  • Formulate and implement the HR processes, policies, controls and best practices to strengthen infrastructure and operations
  • The Person

  • 10 years of solid experience in HR, HR operations or related fields gained in sizable organizations, preferably in retail industry, but not a pre-requisite
  • Related experience in payroll and benefits is highly preferred
  • Familiar with local labor law and relevant employment ordinance
  • Proven hands on experience with HR Systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong leadership ability and team management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders in all levels across Company
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
