Workplace Advisory is a growing team at Colliers International Asia. Our mission is to enable people to do their best work.

Our services address our clients’ needs across the life-cycle of their workplace - from definition of strategy, through to experience implementation and change management support, on to occupancy and continuous monitoring of space utilization and effectiveness.

Our services include workplace strategy and change management consultancy.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and experienced Workplace strategist to create out of the box’ solutions for our clients.

We are looking for energetic candidates to join a small but intimate team to drive workplace and change strategies to inspire, inform, excite and motivate our stakeholders.

You will be a critical player in developing new concepts and thought leadership of the future of work. You will be degree qualified with several years’ experience related to the delivery of strategy services for both occupier and landlord clients.

Key responsibilities :

  • Produce Workplace Analysis / Change impact analysis / Change readiness assessment
  • Lead key client’s engagements and ability to juggle multiple initiatives and short and long term priorities
  • Be an activate participant in internal and external thought leadership debates, including contribution to Colliers research papers and discussions
  • Support lead generation activities. Meeting with, and pitching to, potential new clients regarding their workplace strategy needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills that allow the understanding of the business problem driving the solution
  • Appropriately seeks advice and counsel for decisions including key stakeholders
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders at all levels and adopt a variety of research techniques to reveal data driven insights and form recommendations for their workplace strategy.
  • Produce visual display of quantitative and qualitative information to communicate key insights, spatial guidelines and space estimates in a format for design teams.
  • Provide design comment or peer review to clients as they work with architects on their concept developments.
  • Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of work experience in the corporate real estate or workplace industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in one of the following fields : Architecture, Interior design or corporate real estate related field.
  • Client engagement ability to act as advisor, educator and respectful challenger in the rapidly evolving workstyle options and possibilities.
  • Advanced skills in creating MS PowerPoint presentations and MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Exceptional verbal and graphic communication & presentation skills to enable
  • ideas and opinions to be expressed clearly and effectively,
  • effective interaction with staff at all levels within the organization and key stakeholders and
  • preparation of well-structured, accurate and graphically pleasing presentations
  • Experience with workplace strategy solutions and workplace trends
  • Ability to apply strong business skills and judgment to complex and diverse situations
  • Strong understanding of local and international workstyles and occupancy models, with a view to how these may evolve as occupiers adopt new technology, evolve their HR policies and embrace the benefits of considered workplace experience.
