The Roles :

Reporting to Customer Service Manager, this opportunity will be responsible for handling B2B / B2C logistics arrangement services and our customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle transactions via phone
  • Provide logistics arrangement services
  • Solve customers' concerns and questions with positive attitude
  • Perform professional customer service and create good experience for our customers
