Channels, Events and Brand Lead
The Channels, Events and Brand Lead will partner with the Communications and Engagement Manager function lead to deliver strategic and impactful communication campaigns and events, manage news content and asset creation for multiple channels.
The individual will be able to provide innovative and creative communication solutions that will enhance employee engagement with colleagues at JS&SHK.
Responsibilities include :
Partnering with the Communications and Engagement Manager function lead to deliver strategic communication campaigns that will help further organisational goals.
Managing content strategy and planning for all internal channels to ensure we are communicating the right messages at the right time through the correct channels.
Managing all internal communications channels, including content, messaging, maintenance and enhancements such as but not limited to the company’s internal website, social media, newsletters, and events.
Creating and editing written and video content.
Organising and planning online and in-person events which will encourage high levels of participation and engagement using creative solutions.
Ensure tone of voice / look and feel for all communications materials is consistent and in keeping with our brand.
Designing branding for online communications, handouts and events.
Defining key performance indicators for each communication channel that will indicate a campaign’s level of success, track performance and generate insights to inform the strategy going forward / enhance content further.
Advise on social media content, strategy and communications for employer branding related external communications.
Responsible for the creation and delivery of the employee pulse and annual surveys.
Other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required qualifications :
The Channels Events and Brand Lead will have progressive experience in channel, event and brand management. This individual must be a self-starter, take initiative and demonstrate strong learning agility and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years prior experience working in a communications role.
Superior written and verbal communications skills, in English and Chinese including extensive experience writing and editing.
Experience with events management and planning online / offline events with global participants.
Proven success in delivering communications strategies and campaigns.
Strong experience in using online content management systems
Experience in creating / editing video content / assets and branding
Experience with social media, other online digital tools
Must be able to think analytically and strategically
Capable of working as a team player as well as working autonomously.
Strong multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
