Conducting income generating clinical work at least 20% of the working hours.
Non-income generating duties include :
Envisioning, designing and initiating programmes and services where desirable to serve the current CDC's strategic goals
Monitoring the quality of group programmes and devising strategies to enhance and ensure high quality standards as part of the Quality Assurance Team
Overseeing the clinical and administrative execution of group and individual programmes
Overseeing regular parent review delivery at high standards
Overseeing implementation of monthly parent workshops and bi-annual parenting courses
Overseeing the maintenance and appropriateness of updated testing materials, therapeutic devices and other equipment
Maintaining updated Programme Schedule and Individual Schedules of frontline staff
Producing and editing documents, work plans, reports, and presentations relevant to the CDC services
Reviewing tools, processes, and structures to ensure excellence in services and deliverables
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in a relevant discipline including but not limited to Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, Speech Therapy, or Teaching (Special Needs)
Minimum 3 years of proven supervision and / or management experience
Demonstrating CDC's values
Fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and / or Mandarin an advantage
