Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Act as a business partner to understand the manpower needs of assigned division and provide valuable and professional HR advices to resolve on talent acquisition and retention
Participate the whole recruitment process, i.e. from job posting to potential selection
Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching
Establish various recruitment channels as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome / feedback from markets
Compile various recruitment reports for management review
Requirement : :
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
5 years' experience gained from sizable companies, preferbly from IT&T / FMCG industry
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multi-tasks independently
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
