HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth.

This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Development and Support Head, Pensions.

Principal Responsibilities

The incumbent will report to the Head of Pension Sales & Servicing and be responsible in :

  • Formulating and reviewing strategies to explore business opportunities or sales development to achieve MPF market share growth
  • Devising, launching and management of tactical promotions and campaigns for customers and distribution channels in achieving business target and business retention
  • Organizing employer and member events including venue and host sourcing, vendor liaison, materials preparation
  • Supporting the sales development functions such as facilitating training and co-ordination of seminar programs
  • Devising initiatives to enhance team work within the team and join-up promotion programs with external business partners
  • Coordinating review of service agreements with all business partners to comply with the internal service standard and external compliance requirements
  • Acting as a risk coordinator to identify any operational risk and to establish controls and make reviews at a timely manner
  • Requirements

  • University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience
  • At least 8 years’ experience in marketing and project management, particularly in MPF and insurance industry would be a definite advantage
  • Proficient in PC skills including Excel, Words and Database skill
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
