  • Participatethe development of performance scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)to support end to end client journeys across RBO
  • Monitorthe progress status of productivity initiatives and KPIs of RBO teams
  • Formulatea framework for management reporting and develop a platform for MI and dataanalytics
  • Automatethe MI reporting processes, such as data collection, extraction andconsolidation
  • Partnerwith operation teams to identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency
  • Leveragedata science and / or advance technology to revamp and streamline the MIreporting processes
  • Assistin preparation of presentation slides for management updates
  • Conductmarket research and competitive analysis to understand the best marketpractices for RBO teams
  • Identifyareas of improvement in operational efficiency, automation and straight-throughprocessing to RBO teams via data analytics
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Educationbackground preferably relates to Business Management, Information System, DataAnalytics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Relevantexperience in management reporting / project management / programming / softwaredevelopment / data management and / or analytics
  • Practicalknowledge and hand-on experience in MI reporting, data analysis and datavisualisation is a plus
  • Goodunderstanding on new and emerging data analytics technologies and tools
  • Solid experience in MI production and analytics in Banking industry,preferably with relevant experience in Operations
  • Abilityto work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and cope with change anddiversity in a fast-paced environment
  • Goodverbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, able to workeffectively in a team environment with strong partnering and influencing skills
  • Enthusiastic,self-motivated and willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
