The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling new business inception and following-up with sales team and internal teams, such as operations team and compliance team, for outstanding document to ensure all tasks are incepted on a timely basis;
  • Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance and any other problems to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers regarding their account openings or transactions;
  • Maintaining and updating database of all information and documents
  • Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies;
  • Managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports for the Sales Team;
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system;
  • Handling the end-to-end onboarding KYC (Know Your Client) of new / existing customer accounts, collecting all relevant information and assisting the customer onboarding;
  • Providing assistance on ad-hoc projects or assignments as required by the team.
  • Ideal Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Minimum 1 years of solid Sales Support relevant experience
  • Experience in B2B sales & marketing would be an advantage;
  • Experience in handling the end-to-end onboarding of new / existing customer accounts, collecting all relevant information and manage the customer onboarding would be an advantage;
  • Good numeric skills, strong analytical and capable of multi-tasking;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of using CRM system to log calls, build contacts and record information
