The Department

The Digital Services of our Betting Control and Customer Operations Department is responsible for the management of digital betting channels, including the web-based Online Betting Service (eWin) and the Mobile Betting Service (iPhone and Android betting apps), as well as the operations of various digital services like Racing Touch, GoalX and HKJC TV Apps.

These fast growing channels need to be closely monitored and fine-tuned to ensure customer’s wagering experience can be delivered satisfactorily.

You will

  • assist in system testing and daily operation of robotic processes
  • perform administrative and clerical duties, such as report compiling, information checking ,etc.
  • provide on-site support to key customers at racecourse
  • support supervisor to perform regular administrative dutieswork on shift including weekends and public holidays
  • be offered discretionary bonus on annual basis
  • You should have

  • tertiary education or above in any discipline
  • good computer knowledge for administrative work, such as Word and Excel applications
  • customer-oriented with good communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • interest and familiarity with iPhone / iPad, Android devices and mobile apps is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Working Location : Shatin


    An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
