Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle and review the documentation of onboarding new customer and data maintenance for corporate clients in compliance with the related procedures and service standard.
  • Ensure the related KYC and AML documentation are properly executed.

  • Maintain the client information with accuracy and up to date
  • Provide advisory supports and assistance to Business Units related to customer onboarding and data maintenance
  • Handle online banking application and maintenance requests
  • Prepare daily or monthly reports for management or regulatory purpose
  • Review the procedure and process on an on-going basis to identify areas of improvements that will enhance or streamline the current process
  • Support ad hoc tasks and project UAT
  • Keep abreast of relevant policies & procedures for client onboarding and KYC DisplayQualifications("- Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in banking industry with at least 1 year solid experience in corporate customer on-boarding operations
  • Customer-oriented, attentive to details, with strong compliance and risk management mind-set, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Requirements : - Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
