Design and drive consumer engagement events in format of workshop, exhibition etc.
Develops brand / product business and marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, delivering value-added results through superior execution.
Manage sales and product contribution, including A&P budget against marketing plan objectives.
Collaborate closely with Medical Sales team to plan, execute and evaluate the medical marketing program in clinics and hospitals with given marketing spend.
Analyze sales data, market trends and HCP insights to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and development.
Share input on brand positioning and communication strategies.
Work with multifunctional team to uplift NMA, NUA and HCP recommendation.
Lead and monitor routine product management such as formulation upgrade, label change etc; Coordinate with multifunctional teams for project progress and ensure the deadlines are being met.
Compile regular reports, presentations and participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Professional Qualifications / Experience
University degree in Marketing or business-related discipline.
With 5+ year marketing experience and preferable in healthcare and medical field. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager.
Experience with A&P budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge in PS operations.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proactive, detail oriented and willing to take up new challenges.
Passionate, good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
High learning agility and adaptable to the changing environment.
Work across boundaries with effective communication skills for collaboration.
Good presentation skill, creative and result-oriented.
