Job Duties

  • Assist in various talent development programmes to support the talent management strategy of the organization.
  • Develop and conduct Orientation and basic soft skills training programmes to meet with employee development needs and foster company culture.
  • Identify training needs through performance review data and regular consultation with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to support the development of appropriate learning solution for the organization.
  • Assist in development, management and lead the execution of new training initiatives to enhance services and solution provide to division / department.
  • Manage learning record system and monitor the staff training.
  • Execute company education support policies and handle education support schemes’ applications.
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology or related discipline, with at least 5 years working experience in training and people development.
  • With experience gained from sizable company / construction related industry is preferred.

  • Interested and passionate in training and people development.
  • Well organized, attention to details, result oriented, strong in communication and people oriented.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal
  • Strong initiative, proactive and demonstrate Can-do’ attitude.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and multimedia software skills is an advantage.
