Assist in various talent development programmes to support the talent management strategy of the organization.
Develop and conduct Orientation and basic soft skills training programmes to meet with employee development needs and foster company culture.
Identify training needs through performance review data and regular consultation with stakeholders.
Evaluate training effectiveness to support the development of appropriate learning solution for the organization.
Assist in development, management and lead the execution of new training initiatives to enhance services and solution provide to division / department.
Manage learning record system and monitor the staff training.
Execute company education support policies and handle education support schemes’ applications.
Degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology or related discipline, with at least 5 years working experience in training and people development.
With experience gained from sizable company / construction related industry is preferred.
Interested and passionate in training and people development.
Well organized, attention to details, result oriented, strong in communication and people oriented.
Good presentation and interpersonal
Strong initiative, proactive and demonstrate Can-do’ attitude.
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Proficient in MS Office applications and multimedia software skills is an advantage.
