Senior Technical Service Officer

Your role

  • Support the 7x24 security operation team on log analysis, remote diagnosis and restoration works on customers’ CPE equipment such as firewall, IDS / IPS, WAF or servers
  • Responsible for the IT Helpdesk support such as incident management, problem management, and change management
  • Perform preliminary log analysis on security events and incidents
  • Deliver technical support services and solutions on customer’s CPE equipment capacity, performance and utilization
  • Handle customer enquiry on network security event and incident as well as performance of their CPE equipment issue
  • To succeed in this role

  • Higher Diploma holder or higher in electronics, computer engineering or the equivalent, and 1-2 years’ experience in servers or network operations
  • Good understanding of the IT service management process is desirable
  • Knowledge on the Network Management tool or SIEM are an advantage
  • Knowledge in Router and switch, firewall, anti-virus and endpoint protection etc
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, Fortinet or Palo Alto are preferred
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature, dedicated and self-motivating attitude
  • Good customer services and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
  • 7 X 24 Shift Duty is required
