Overview of Position :

As a member of the ICT Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Client Advisory team, the incumbent will primarily focus on providing project support across all aspects of the team’s client-focused activity (pursuing, planning, delivering and closing engagements).

The role will be up to 70% allocated to Client Advisory, with the incumbent providing adjacent project support to regional functions as required, including but not limited to ICT APAC Operations and Excellence functions.

Role objectives :

  • As a key member of the Client Advisory team : Coordinate and maintain a regional client contact, discussion and visit programLiaise with clients on meeting logistics, with appropriate following up minutes, actions and next stepsProvide end-to-end client engagement and project supportManage and maintain relevant client contact databases, including WTW’s Client Information System (CIS)Monitor the team’s pipeline activities to ensure timely progression and development of opportunitiesAs a business lead becomes an active pursuit’, coordinate efforts to ensure internal and external requirements are effectively managed Go / No-Go, RfP responses, presentation materials etc.
  • Coordinate client feedback and follow up action post project close and / or as part of WTW’s Independent Client First’ (ICF) model

  • Manage a to-do’ list of key internal and external deliverables and action, supporting execution where appropriate Client Relationship Management (CRM) externalPipeline and business development externalSynergy and internal relationship management internal
  • Ensure all proposals and project delivery are managed in accordance with WTW and ICT governance standards, providing proactive support throughout the project lifecycle (pursue, plan, deliver and close)
  • Champion WTW’s Excellence and CRM policies and procedures by coordinating efforts and input both within Client Advisory and across the broader ICT / WTW team as necessary
  • Look for opportunities to enhance operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across all Client Advisory activities
  • Under the guidance of the relevant Regional team, provide project support to (non-Client Advisory) client projects and internal operational improvement, change and Excellence initiatives across ICT APAC
  • Meet or exceed Willis Towers Watson’s performance standards across all aspects of work
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of key stakeholders within ICT and WTW more broadly ensuring effective and timely internal communication
  • Develop and maintain external relationships, identifying new industry contacts with whom we should build relationships for the benefit of our business
  • Work closely with the Head of Client Advisory to champion and execute Client Advisory people-focused meetings and initiatives, to drive engagement and regular knowledge sharing
  • Actively support ICT’s financial objectives by driving operational efficiencies, cost containment and a continuous improvement agenda
  • The Requirements

  • Strong administrative and / or project support background
  • Evidence of client and sales management experience
  • Basic understanding of ICT’s clients, services, products, propositions and strategy preferred
  • Insurance industry background with Asia Pacific experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A competent doer and multi-tasker
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain trusted relationships through effective communication, collaboration and efficient, quality execution
  • Good communication skills through a variety of mediums
  • Proficiency across Office 365 suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and collaboration platforms
  • Verbal and written fluency in English; ability to speak other Asian language(s) preferred
  • Self-driven learner and team player
