Reporting into ourRegional Head of Pre-Sales & Implementation and dotted line to RegionalHead of Product, you are responsible for supporting our sales and accountmanagement team on a variety of projects implementing complex and bespokesolutions, from new business to upselling opportunities.

You will acquire anin-depth understanding of our products to conduct comprehensive discoveryworkshops, designing and creating seamless solutions for our customers, withthe customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will beresponsible for obtaining commitment for the project from all stakeholdersinternally and externally. You will help ensure the business deliversconsistent and clear value propositions, commercial and technology offeringsthat meet the customer’s needs and to actively drive revenue aligned to theglobal payment growth strategies by working with the relevant departments suchas product and marketing.

The key accountabilities for a Product and Presales Consultantis to ensure that any solution designed is both viable from a customer’sperspective and from the business perspective, it is therefore important thatyou are not only technically minded, possessing strong organizational skills,but also possess a good business acumen to make concise and informed decisions.

To achieve thebusiness strategic goals, you are expected to travel in Hong Kong as requiredbased on opportunities and support required from sales and account managers.

All of these key responsibilities and accountabilities will be achieved byadhering to the KPI’s set about each year to achieve your personal goals aswell and the businesses goals.

You will act as aconduit between our customers, regional leadership team and regional productteams to feedback any requirements which currently sit out of the scope of ourcurrent product offering, enabling innovative product developments.

You must becomfortably working with a range of stakeholders, from Senior Vice Presidents,Regional Directors, Senior Managers through to your peers, displaying a levelof professionalism in all forms of contact expected of a Consultant, to achieveyour deadlines.

This role is vitallyimportant to the businesses strategy for expanding out payment productvertical. There is an expectation bestowed upon the team to ensure all paymentproduct projects are delivered on time and within budget.

We need you to have 5-8years of progressive pre-sales experience within a global organization,preferably within the financial services or fintech space.

You will demonstratesignificant initiative, tenacity and leadership skills. You will beprofessional, credible and confident communicator with strong influencingskills.

You will have the ability to work effectively with individuals at alllevels within the company. You will be verbally fluent in English and Cantoneseand advantageous if you can speak Mandarin as well.
