Major Responsibilities : Existing configuration
Assist to manage and maintain existing Workday configurations, which includes - Core HR, Absences, Talent Management and Payroll Integration.
Deliver fixes for critical issues.
Observe existing configuration and workflow, and propose enhancement if needed.
Future modules and enhancement
Collaborate with the People team and Technology team on the roll-out of modules (e.g. Benefits), and integration with other available systems and tools (e.
g. IPL, Happeo, Salesforce, etc.)
Understand user requirements and needs for enhancement, and to work on any enhancement projects / initiatives for better user experience (e.
g. reporting and management dashboards).
Documentation and knowledge sharing
Implement change control processes and maintain documentation for production changes.
Share knowledge with the People team on system maintenance.
Job Requirements :
Degree or qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
Existing and up to date Workday HCM Certifications
Minimum two years of prior experience implementing Workday HCM module with a certified Workday implementer
Successfully completed at least two end to end Workday implementations
Hands-on experience in SQL Statement
Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence development such as Tableau, PowerBI
Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others.
Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
Fluent in written and speaking English
