Job Description & Summary

A career to provide support to a business unit in the Assurance practice, to ensure the smooth running of the business operations in terms of administration, human resources and finance.

  • Job Description & Responsibilities Arrange staff resource for job engagements and maintain the booking system update; Provide administrative support to operations team;
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for operations team; Assist in preparing various management reports and financial analysis;
  • Assist in operational activities and ad hoc assignments; Coordinate with other divisions in HK and other office on staff resources and administrative matters.

  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus. Requirements Diploma in administration or business-related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, previous experience in MNC is preferred; Team player with good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organised and self-motivated with good multi-tasking ability; Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Powerpoint;
